One Tour Participant / Single Occupancy: £3,395
Single Pillion: £1,795 (Sharing room with rider/participant)
 
Your 2011 Tours include the following:
  
• Seven nights of Hotel / Motel Accommodation
• Continental Breakfasts are included each day
• All Group Lunch and Dinners at each meal stop

• Official RIDING ROUTE 66 Tour Guide detailing the trip itinerary with all times & phone numbers
• Daily maps of the tour route noting all roadways, turns and stops (in case you get separated)
• Your customised Leather Riding Jacket (up to size XXXL)
• Admission fees to all Museums and Petrified Forest National Park (Grand Canyon Fee included)
• Any tolls, parking fees (any gratuities are additional)
• The tour will be guided by Route 66 veterans who will give daily summaries and tell of the history of Route 66.
• Transfers to and from the Airport and Hotel, the Motorcycle Rental Shops
• Motorcycle Rental, Helmet, and the required Liability Insurance
• All Fuel and Oil for your Motorcycle, including 24 hour Roadside Assistance and Support Vehicle on Tour
• There will be a tour guide (Riding with you) and a support vehicle and covered trailer with us at all times for all luggage
• Roadside Assistance / Towing
• Water and soft drinks throughout each day
  
The Tour Prices are exclusive of (does not include) the following:

• Your airfare to and from the US
• Additional meals and snacks, tips, refreshments and your Alcoholic Beverages
• Trip Cancellation Insurance or Personal Travel Insurance

• Personal Souvenirs and / or Film / Cameras
• Shipping of any excess baggage, souvenirs, helmets, etc ... To or from to your home
• Any necessary riding gear and / or personal effects
• Any additional or supplemental insurance for personal effects or public liability
• Mobile phone & Charger
  
Registration and Deposit
 

A £2,000 deposit will be required upon registration for each rider and a £1,000 deposit for each pillion, (Registration Form available on request) payment can be by cheque, a 3% additional fee will be charged for payments made either online using PayPal or through a major credit or debit card.
